FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What's a transfer?

A transfer allows you to switch buses on a one way trip without paying again.

Sure! All PRT buses have racks. "Ride" to where you want to "ride" at no extra charge!

How do I get off the bus?

Drivers stop only at designated stops. Please remember that for your travel plans.

What is a fixed route?

A fixed route means a certain bus will follow a certain route all the time.

What is a Free Fare Zone?

You don't have to pay to ride the bus when you ride in a Free Fare Zone. Currently there is a Free Fare Zone at ISU. PRT can get you from Upper campus to Lower campus for class or a cup of java in no time!
